How we prepare you

Build your target list

Map roles, sectors, teams and firms against your strengths, interests and working style. We build a focused target list that balances ambitious reaches, strong fit opportunities and credible backups, including smaller or specialist firms that may suit you better than the most obvious names. The aim is to know where to focus and why each opportunity makes sense for you.

Go deeper technically

Prepare from role specific and firm specific question banks covering the technical knowledge, commercial judgement and practical situations you are likely to face. We push beyond memorised answers, change assumptions and ask follow up questions until you can explain the reasoning and adapt it to the context.

Build a network that matters

Recruiting is relational. We help you identify people who can offer useful perspective on a team, role or firm, prepare thoughtful outreach and build relationships before and during recruiting. Our network includes students, alumni and professionals across finance and consulting. Where relevant, we can facilitate junior introductions or senior referrals, while the broader network also informs the firm specific preparation we build around each process.

Perform under pressure

Our mocks are deliberately demanding and unpredictable. We interrupt, change direction, challenge assumptions and keep digging when an answer sounds rehearsed. The aim is for the real interview to feel familiar under pressure, so that you can pause, structure your response, defend your reasoning and stay composed and personable when challenged.

Choose a career with tomorrow in mind

AI is changing the work done by analysts and consultants, particularly at junior level. We look at how each role is evolving, which tasks are becoming easier to automate and which capabilities are becoming more valuable. Rather than pretending to predict the future, we ask whether a role will still help you build judgement, technical depth, commercial instinct, client exposure and skills that remain valuable as the work changes.

Technology may change how the work is done, but interviews, client conversations and difficult decisions still depend on judgement, presence, curiosity and the ability to build rapport. We want students to choose roles that will develop those qualities rather than simply prepare them for today's job description.

In their own words

Maxence and Carla

“I did not expect to be challenged so much on the technical preparation. Coming from Bocconi, I thought I had a really good level, but when preparing alone it was sometimes difficult to know whether I had actually understood something or had just memorised it.

Céleste coached me with so many follow up and practical questions that, during the actual interviews, which were very challenging, I felt I could really impress the interviewers. I also have to say that the networking support was extremely valuable, and I am honestly not sure I would have passed the screening without it.”

MaxenceJefferies, M&A

“After the diagnostic, Céleste very quickly had a clear vision of who I was and what I needed to work on. I loved working in parallel on the fit, networking and technicals, with such a reassuring structure and clear direction throughout. The whole process would have been way too stressful without her!”

Questions you may be asking

What if I am not sure which roles suit me?

That is often where we begin. We look at your strengths, interests, working style and long term ambitions, then help you translate that into a more precise target list. The goal is not to push you into a standard path, but to identify which roles, firms and teams make the most sense for you.

Do you help with networking as well as interviews?

Yes. We help students identify who it is worth speaking to, prepare outreach and turn conversations into something useful. Networking should help you understand a team, test your interest and build credible relationships over time rather than feel random or transactional.

What makes your interview preparation different?

Our mock interviews are designed to feel closer to the real thing. We challenge assumptions, interrupt, change direction and push past rehearsed answers. The objective is not to make the process stressful for the sake of it, but to make students more composed, more precise and more convincing when the interview becomes demanding.

Can AI replace interview preparation?

AI is useful for research, practising questions and organising knowledge. What it cannot do well is notice when your confidence drops, challenge an answer in an unexpected direction or recreate the pressure of a real conversation. Our preparation focuses on whether you understand the reasoning, how you respond when challenged and how you come across to another person.

What if my profile is not an obvious fit for my target firms?

That does not automatically make the target unrealistic. Some of the strongest candidacies come from students who learn how to position their profile properly. We look closely at what is already strong, where the gaps are and which firms or roles may respond best to the combination you bring.
